Return and exchange of goods
- You can return or exchange any product purchased from us within 100 days from the date of receipt for Bulgaria and 30 days for Romania.
- Further costs of returning or replacing a product (courier services) are borne by the customer.
- All you need to do is post the item to us, cash on delivery, to the address specified on your return form.

- A product return is accepted only with an attached return form with a receipt, as well as an undamaged integrity of the label and attached accessories to the product. They must not be used or in impaired commercial condition.
- After receipt and examination of your returned shipment, your amount will be refunded by bank transfer within 30 days.
- Shipments returned to us are collected once a week from the office
